This unique patio home non-gated rental community, just west of the Aspen Crossing community consisting of 29 lots within 11.0 acres, is located in the City of Broken Arrow. tep was retained to provide design services which included land planning, civil engineering, stormwater engineering, land surveying and construction staking, and project management services. As part of the design services was a creek crossing for the walking trails around the dog park designed by the developer.
