In Oklahoma, a mortgage inspection report is a graphical representation of a property and any items that may affect the transfer of title. It is specifically designed to assist real estate professionals in a real estate transaction. A mortgage inspection report does not require the surveyor to perform an in-depth analysis of the property boundary or to confirm boundary monuments. A mortgage inspection report should not be relied upon to establish fences, buildings, or other substantial improvements to the property.

Boundary Survey

A boundary survey is often called a land survey, a property survey, a lot survey or a pin and stake. Boundary surveys require the surveyor to perform an in-depth analysis of the property boundary and the boundaries of adjoining properties.
